Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactI am a Luigi fan myself and fully understand what you are going for here. Luigi does need "some moments of glory" as you put it (but not a third Luigi's Mansion).
I gave you four stars for originality due to alot of people seeing this idea in different ways. Four stars for impact mainly because it is not a radical way for Luigi stopping Mario from spotligh hogging (Radical would be like sending him to Alcatraz and having him be treated cruely)
Five star technique due to the standard mario image stype with what i sens as a hint of Paper Mario as noticed by the black borders. A five star vision for actually puting the idea to paper and drawing such a work because i've never seen it on the DA before.
I like how Luigi is crying since the situation is groundbreaking for him and may make him laugh.
To sum up although a bit unoriginal it still is a good piece.
